Cancellation

Please notify your trainer directly, by 5pm the evening before your scheduled session to change or cancel appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a loss of that scheduled session and the client will be charged for the missed appointment. If you cannot reach your trainer directly please contact TC Fit at 952-567-3777 or email info@TCFit.com.

If you are experiancing any symptions or illness or have been exposed to Covid-19 please cancel your appointment and notify your trainer. View our health and safety policies here.

 

How can I pay for TC Fit services?

TC Fit is excited to offer scheduling and payments via the MindBody website! Our goal is to provide you easy and accessible scheduling and payment options. You do NOT need to enter a credit card to use the online scheduling.  You can continue to reach the fitness team for questions, feedback and scheduling at mindbody@tcfit.com or 952-567-3777.

Purchased training, massage and class sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Sessions expire one year after the purchase date.

Credit Card

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
  • TC Fit staff can scan your credit card to complete the transaction at the time of your appointment.
  • You may also store a credit card on the Mind Body / TC Fit online portal.
  • Online/desktop: Select “edit” in the Billing Information sections and enter your data. When authorized, the fitness staff can complete your service purchase using this information. You will receive an email receipt for all processed credit card transactions. MindBody will hold your account information. This will be used only when you authorize payment of a TC Fit service.  To ensure the protection of your personal information, MINDBODY is a PCI Compliant Level 1 Service Provider.   • At this time, no pre-payments are accepted via the online app.

  • We do not maintain cash onsite. if you prefer to make a cash payment please do so with exact change.
