The TC Fit team is thrilled to announce the first step in a gradual return of in-person fitness and wellness services at our partner locations in St. Louis Park and Minnetonka. Safety remains our top priority. If you choose to schedule in-person visits we kindly ask that:

• All clients and trainers must wear a mask prior to entering the facility and during the duration of their visit (this includes massage therapy sessions).
• Appointments are required and no friends or family are allowed in the building.
• If you have had any symptoms of illness or think you may have been in contact with someone who has COVID-19 refrain from in-person appointments at this time.

Massage Therapy is available on a limited basis in June. We hope to add additional availability in the weeks and months ahead.

• Schedule on TC Fit/MindBody. If you have any trouble accessing the online appointments please let us know.
• 60-minute massage sessions. $80+ sales tax. Service payment may be completed with credit card at your session or purchased online. No cash payments will be accepted at this time.
• Studio U, appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays
• Studio U is a physical therapy facility located in the office complex East of the Shops at the Westend (St. Louis Park). It does not have a street facing entrance. To access you must enter the office complex and take the stairs or elevator to the lower level location.  The private treatment room is small, but quiet and relaxing.
• Motion Minnetonka, appointments on Saturdays
• Motion Physical Therapy offers a modern industrial atmosphere. This facility has easy access. Sessions take place in a private treatment room, but noise does carry into the massage space from the other treatment spaces and gym area.
