Fitness with a Gratitude Attitude: November virtual fitness and wellness events!

The TC Fit team is immensely grateful for the opportunity to virtually enter your homes and be a part of your fitness program. We strive to offer joy, a mental break and motivation for movement because you are our community and our fitness family. Thank you all for your participation!! From newbies to fitness fanatics, from Minneapolis to around the globe these November fitness events are for you!

Live-stream fitness classes 

Weekly classes, each 25-minutes helping you fit-in-fitness! View the full schedule and class descriptions at All class times posed in CST. Free, all levels welcome!

  • Mondays
  • Strong + Stretched; 11:00am
  • **Gratitude Yoga; 4:30pm; In addition to movement, stretching and relaxation this yoga class will use guided meditation to cultivate gratitude for yourself and those around you.
  • Tuesdays 
  •    Bodyweight HIIT; 12:00pm
  • **Bonus Core; 12:25pm-12:35pm; Ten-minute of muscle toning with the focus on your mid-section, abs and back. Join for the full class starting at noon or pop-in at 12:25; some movement is always better than none.
  • Wednesdays 
  • Pilates; 10:00am
  • Thursdays 
  • 12:00pm, Rock the Top/Bottom

Burn the Bird Fitness Fest

A powerhouse workout designed to torch calories and rev your metabolism prior to the big feast! Invite the whole family to participate, all fitness levels welcome.

  • Monday, November 23rd at 11am
  • Tuesday, November 24th at 12pm
  • 45-minute class. Three, 15-min segments featuring cardio, strength and core. Attend one or all!

Wellness Wednesdays Q&A Series 

If you have a wellness question, someone else is likely wondering the same thing! Ask your question or just listen-in for wellness tips and tricks during these live-stream sessions lead by members of the TC Fit team. Ask during the open forum or submit in advance at

  • November 4th, 12pm CDT

  • What does it mean to have a strong core? How do I “draw-in my abs”? Are planks better than crunches? The TC Fit personal trainers are ready to answer your core-burning questions and share their technique tips for exercises you’ll see in November’s Tuesday HIIT + Core workouts.

  • November 18th, 1pm CDT

  • November is Men's Health Awareness month! Join us as we bring men's fitness, health and selfcare to the table for discussion with Quad Med's Paul Linson and TC Fit's Matt Arbeiter.  Are you wondering...can I skip my annual medical exam this year? What is moderate alcohol consumption? Are the signs of depression the same in men and women? Bring your questions and as they answer you men's health questions!
