Join the TC Fit team for live-stream events, we’ve saved you a spot in class! Or schedule a heart-healthy workout date when you and your valentine buddy can complete a recorded class together. Music Matters! These classes will feature a pop-hits playlist to keep your body moving and grooving! No class recordings, live-stream only class on these dates.
Feb 4th at 12pm, Cardio Kickboxing
Feb 16th at 12pm, Body Weight HIIT
Props! Mix-up your workout utilizing the fitness props you may have at home.
Feb 8th at 11am, Strength + Stretch using a stability ball
Feb 25th at 12pm, Cardio Kickboxing using light weights 1-3lbs or canned goods
Fitness Forums are hosted by the TC Fit Personal Trainers with an open discussion format, 25-minutes, all fitness levels welcome!
