September is National Yoga month and to celebrate TC Fit has created the 108 Sun Salutation Challenge. You'll complete a number of rounds of the Sun Salutation sequence each week ending in a total of 108 at the end of the month. The number 108 is significant in many disciplines from astronomy to yoga. The Sun Salutation sequence builds flexibility, strength and mental focus. You'll flow from one pose to the next with each inhale and exhale. Enjoy!
