  • Spring is the season for walking! Join the TC Fit team as we share our favorite tips and tricks for fitness walking. We’ll talk pace, tracking, weights, music and routes that keep us motivated! We want to hear from you, what have you discovered while walking in the Twin Cities? Join us for this open forum from home or mid stroll! 
  • Breathing for Better Health

  • Join the TC Fit team and special guest trainer Brenda Steger as we talk breath work. Learn the basics and benefits of breathing exercises and how to get started with this practice. We will sample a three-part breath technique, alternate nostril breathing and an energizing breath pattern that helps to invigorate the mind and body. Plus bring your questions, we want to hear from you!

Group Fitness Highlights

  • Fitness Jam! May 3rd @ 11am. Grab your dumbbells and fitness mat for this 45-minute, team-teaching event focusing on cardio, strength, and core!
