Group Fitness Classes

There are a variety of group fitness options these days, most of which TC Fit offers.

We tailor classes to fall in line with a company’s number of employees and workspace.  A large fitness center is not needed for all classes.  Whether it’s Yoga over the lunch hour, or specialty classes, we have the flexibility and resources to meet your unique needs.  For example, we have certified instructors who lead the following classes: Yoga, Indoor Cycling, Barre, Resistance Training/Muscle Toning, Pilates, Tai Chi, Step, Cardio Kickboxing, Core Training and more.
