Susie Supper is a certified NETA Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, with specialty training in Yoga, Pilates, functional training, cycling, barre and more! With over 30 years' experience in the fitness industry, Susie has extensive skill helping clients develop a healthy relationship with exercise and movement and the ability in integrate this into all aspects of their life. She earned her undergraduate degrees in Exercise Science and Pre-Physical Therapy at College of St. Catherine and her MA in Management and Leadership from Concordia University.
