Andrea Myers holds a degree from Indiana University in Physical Therapy.  She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist.  Andrea has worked in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation and more recently focused her skills on wellness, ergonomics, fitness center management and physical therapy needs in the manufacturing industry.  She returned to the Twin Cities and joined the TC Fit team in 2013.  Andrea is a competitive triathlete and also enjoys remodeling her house, cooking, and gardening.
