The TC Fit team invites you to hit the “go” button for #FitnessFun21! Activate your resolution at the Fitness Forum: Goal-Setting Pep Rally. Activate your workouts with the new Thursday Cardio Kickboxing class and two, Music Matters classes featuring up-beat music playlists. And activate your workday with two-minute movement breaks during the Cabin Fever Challenge. There’s something for everyone, all fitness levels welcome!

Fitness Forums are hosted by the TC Fit Personal Trainers with an open discussion format; 25-minutes, all fitness levels welcome!

  • 2021 Fitness Pep Rally!

  • Let’s share our 2021 “move more” goals! Together we can cheer each other on and motivate for success. Tune in for ideas on how to incorporate movement throughout your day and during sedentary hobbies (yeah, Netflix bingers and puzzles enthusiast we have ideas for you!). We’ll highlight the Cabin Fever Challenge and complete a 2-minute movement break together! Join us on MS Teams.
  • Have a ball! Stability, Bender and BOSU Basics

  • Ready to mix-up your mid-day movement and use the fitness ball that has been sitting in the corner? Join the TC Fit team as we demonstrate ball basics, full body exercises, purchasing tips and how you can prepare for upcoming virtual fitness classes featuring this equipment. Join us on MS Teams.

Cabin Fever Move More Challenge

  • January 11th-29th
  • Each day features a single activity to be completed for two-minutes at 2pm. 
  • Activities for the week will be posted each Monday on Facebook/TC Fit.
  • Get social! Share a photo of your daily activity break on Yammer #FitnessFun21

  • Success Sessions (Free). Use this 20-minute virtual meeting with a TC Fit personal trainer to create a personalized fitness action plan, discuss your exercise history, fitness questions and set guided steps to success. Come as you are, no workout shoes require for this one-on-one discussion.
  • Virtual Personal and Small Group Training. Schedule virtual workouts with a certified personal trainer; personal training package discounts available and ask about new-client specials, as low as $25/session. Or try and Small Group Training allowing you to share the sweat ($100/hr.). View appointment openings and reserve on MindBody/TC Fit and the trainer will send you a MS Teams or Zoom meeting notice.
