Spring Clean Your Fitness Routine!

Pack the snow boots in storage and dust off the athletic shoes! This month’s TC Fit virtual fitness events invite you to exercise indoors and out.  April opens with a celebratory Fitness Jam and 14-day workout challenge to help you Slay Your Spring with movement.  Mid-month join the Spring Training Fitness Forum to learn more about setting the pace for outdoor fitness and lacing-up new workout shoes.  Then close the month with a modified spring break fitness schedule before we roll out fresh fitness opportunities for May!

Group Fitness Highlights

Daily live-stream classes Monday through Thursday.

Spring Fitness Jam, April 5th @ 11am. Grab your dumbbells and fitness mat for this 45-minute, team-teaching event focusing on cardio, strength, and core!

Props, gather up your home fitness equipment for these highlighted prop classes.

  • 4/8, Kickbox with light weights or canned goods
  • 4/13, HIIT with Glider Discs. Don’t have these at home? Try paper plates on carpet or hand towels on smooth floors.
  • 4/19, Strength Training: Long Resistance Band

Music Matters, Pump up the jams during these live-only classes

  • 4/12 Strictly Strength
  • 4/22 Cardio Kickboxing


Slay Your Spring

Fitness Forums

  • Pre and Postnatal Exercise, April 7th at 12pm CT. Moms are marvelous! With the juggling of everchanging family and work responsibilities, is it possible to fit in fitness too? Join special guest Dr. Alyssa George, from Motion Physical Therapy, and the TC Fit trainers as we talk tips for safely exercising pre and postnatal. The team will share resources for exercise and support for the time-starved and sleep deprived; selfcare is not selfish. All are welcome to join.  
  • Spring Training, April 21st at 12pm CT. Hibernation is over, let's head outside! Join special guest Saint City and Mill City Running owner, Jeff Metzdorff and Dr. Michelle Steege, physical therapist at Motion Minnetonka as we talk tips for finding the perfect fitness shoe and ramping-up your outdoor fitness miles! All fitness levels welcome - bring your questions!
